The Twin Oaks/Birches float wins the Grand Marshall’s choice for best float – again!

The float depicted a Then and Now theme from the Twin Oaks founding in 1945 to today with both the Twin Oaks and the Birches serving the community. Here are some great pictures of the float and the volunteers who put it together. A huge thanks to the volunteers who helped with the Float and participated in the Parade on behalf of the Foundation.
